Preferred background/experience
        Must have:
ü  3 to 5 years in front line sales of industrial pumps and Instrumentation and Control Systems in end markets of Cooling Towers, WTP, STP, ETP, surface treatment, PCB, general industry, consultants & OEMs in these fields
ü  Basic knowledge on controllers, web based monitoring, equipment and processes in the above sectors.
ü  Knowledge on hydraulic selections, dosing, instrumentations & controls.
        Preferred:
ü  Prior experience in sales with a pump or process equipment company
ü  Hands on experience of Microsoft Office with detailed understanding of PowerPoint & Excel
ü  Exposure to and/or working on ERP
Key responsibilities / Key Result Areas
        Identification, Market intelligence, Presentation, Pre-qualifications, Spec-in, detailing, enquiry generation
        Submit proposals to key prospects.
        Constantly to be in touch with customers to whom proposals have been sent for revision in specs/prices/terms, etc. and follow up for a closure.
        Work closely with OEMS, Consultants, End Users in the relevant fields to generate leads.
        Support customers with proper application engineering to generate leads and increase the enquiry bank.
        Identify influencers and decision makers for converting enquiries into firm orders
        Keep track of orders, enquiry pipelines, market movements, competition.
        Maintain good relationship with customers and principals.

Candidates with experience from pump companies like Milton Roy, Wilden, Grundfos, etc. and / or from Large Contractors / OEM’s operating in above industry segments.

Annual Salary (CTC)
Range of 5.0 to 6.50 lacs p.a. depending on experience
