Regular
Activities
|
- Responsible to conceptualize /
implement initiatives for strengthening employee bonding & increase
employee engagement levels by driving Reward & Recognition & also
implementing actions from Open Houses, Town halls, Skip level meetings etc
- Manage issuing birthday card, organizing marriage gift cheque, distribution of employees children scholarships for the employees - organizing special events like rewards ceremony, interest meets, sports day, employee day celebration etc in the organization. - Conducting activities like Statutory compliance of all the forms under the Statutory laws. - Planning, monitoring, and implementation of need based community development programs and assessing options for doing activities for the needy - Creating Annual employee engagement and CSR activities calendar, procure the budgets and monitor the activities on a monthly basis - Visiting the shop floor to address the concerns of the shop floor associates - Taking care of day to day issues arising in the organization and resolving them, sending warning memos to the employees if in case required. |

like medical camp once in a year, blood donations, Joy of thanks, Annual day,
sports and cultural events, health awareness programs, donation of clothes
etc
- Submitting annual report to factory inspectors and renewal of Contract license, attendance to Perian (3rd party) regularly in time, Periodical Returns to Govt. Departments like Factories Dept., Labor, PF (Provident Fund) & ESI etc. - Providing facilities like company Loan (0% rate of interest), uniform and safety equipments to the workers. |

- Follow-up with Facilities/ Admin
for arrangements/ logistics for Employee Engagement and CSR activities

- Report on employee engagement
activities conducted in the organization
- Maintaining all the legal documents, statutory forms, bonus registrations, medical renewal policies and Salary reports. - Maintenance of statutory Registers & Records. |

Qualifications

MSW /
MBA in Human Resources/ Personnel Management

Experience
|
2 to 8 years (Team Member)
8 to 15 years (Manager) preferably in Core IR & HR/ Employee Engagement |

Essential

Knowledge of Kannada is must
